Your Princess Party

  • Your Princess Party
Some tips for booking your party with us: - Please enquire at least 6 weeks in advance. The earlier you book, the more likely your chosen date/time will be available. - Reach out to us before booking your venue/sending out invitations, this way we can work together to get your party planned. Which leads me to the most important point ... - Try to be flexible on dates/timings! Some weekends are much busier than others, especially bank holiday weekends. If you can be flexible on dates, we're much more likely to be able to fit you in. - Our most popular time slots are between 12pm-3pm, but we are happy to attend bookings throughout the day. Morning and early evening parties are just as fun! TOP TIP: We don't need to be there for the start of the party - which may surprise some of you! We always recommend your performer starting 15 minutes or so after your guests arrive - to account for latecomers, and to give everyone a chance to greet one another and catch up before we start our show. I'm always happy to give advice during the booking process, so if you are wanting to book with us for 2025 and have some questions, feel free to send your questions to princesspartiesLDN@gmail.com.
  • How do I book?
Initial booking enquiries can be made via email at princesspartiesLDN@gmail.com Once we have confirmed availability, we'll arrange a telephone chat to discuss any queries you have before the event, or we can chat via email. We take a deposit to secure the booking, and then the rest of the fee is due in cash on the day - or you are welcome to pay in full in one go, just let us know your preference! Princess Parties London cannot reserve a date or time slot until a deposit has been paid. We'll send over your performer's contact details a few days before the big day. Our performers are always happy to chat beforehand if you have any queries. If you do need to cancel the party, the deposit is non-refundable, but we can transfer it to another date where we have availability.
  • Where do you cover?
We are based near Dulwich, South East London, but cover the whole of London and beyond! Please note, any venues outside of the M25 are subject to mileage costs.
  • Do you take last minute bookings?
Of course! If we aren't already fully booked we'll do our best to get to you, although we do recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance to avoid disappointment. However, please note, for booking made less than 7 days in advance - there is a surcharge of £30.
  • Do you attend corporate events?
Yes of course! We don't just do parties! You can drop us a line at princesspartiesldn@gmail.com to book us for your event. We are more than happy to attend walking meet and greets and live performances.
  • Are you DBS checked?
Yes, our performers are DBS checked however we do require adults to be present for the duration of the party, for the best experience possible and so our performers can work to the best of their ability. We are not responsible for policing children's behaviour/safety during any events we attend. This responsibility lies with their guardians.
  • What ages do you cater for?
Our visits are best received by ages 3 - 6. However, we can create bespoke packages for older children who still love some princess magic! For very young children (age 1-3) our visits work best if there are older children present - or grown ups that are willing to get involved too! For this age group, we recommend a short visit - either 30 minutes or 1 hour.
  • Do you allow bouncy castles?
Less is more when it comes to entertainment, especially if you book one of our longer packages. We have attended hundreds of parties over our years of professional princessing and unfortunately bouncy castles can be a real distraction for both the performer and the children, especially whilst we are singing as the noise they make is overpowering to everything else. We politely ask that bouncy castles are turned off whilst we are performing.
  • Our full booking terms and conditions:
    - Once your deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed and I will email over a booking confirmation. Please ensure all information on your booking form is correct at the time of booking, and any updates are emailed to us. - Your performer’s contact details and arrival time will be confirmed at least 48 hours before your booking. - If your performer is driving to you, parking will need to be provided for the duration of the party and the cost of this is also the responsibility of the party host. Performers travelling via public transport will need to change at the venue. Princess Parties London and our performers are not responsible for delays on the day due to parking not being provided or the wrong information given beforehand. - Please ensure someone meets the performer upon her arrival to help with carrying equipment and pay for parking (if applicable). - Bookings outside of the M25 are subject to travel charge. This will be discussed at the time of booking. - We regularly ask our clients to send us photos and reviews from the party that can then be used on our Facebook page, website and potentially for advertising. Please let me know if you don't agree to this. Cancellation Policy: - If you do need to cancel the booking for any reason, the deposit is non refundable, but can be transferred to an alternative date where we have availability. - Please note – we often attend multiple bookings during the day so must adhere to the timings and date provided on your booking form at the time of paying your deposit. We cannot guarantee a change in time and date will be possible once you have paid your deposit. - Princess Parties London and our performers are not responsible for issues out of our control which may cause a delay in getting to your event. This includes road closures due to extreme weather, car accidents and protests which may disrupt our journey. In the event that we are held up in getting to you, your performer will be in regular contact with their estimated time of arrival. - Due to the high quality of our bespoke costumes and wigs, our performers cannot host a booking outdoors in wet weather, unless there is adequate cover to protect them from water and mud. Welfare and Wellbeing Policy: - The safety of our performers is our priority. If they feel threatened, harassed or unsafe during the booking, they reserve the right to leave. We do not tolerate any situation in which our performers are made to feel uncomfortable. - Parents and guardians must be present for the duration of the party for the safety and wellbeing of both the children and performers. Performers are not expected to police the behaviour of the children and this responsibility lies with the parents present. Payment of your deposit upon booking with us confirms your agreement to the above terms.
